Two Acres is a medium sized park with forty one pitches. The park lies alongside Chichester Harbour and, as well as a communal area, it also benefits from a private slipway which is available for the exclusive use of caravan owners.

This park is open from 1 March to 31 October inclusive.
Pitch fees for the 2025 season are £2,520 including rates, refuse, water & sewerage.

There are no caravans for sale on Two Acres at the moment.
There is a suitably-sized pitch available for anyone interested in ordering a Brand New Caravan of their choice.
Although there are other vacant pitches on this park, they are restricted in size and will not be able to accommodate 12’ wide caravans which are standard these days.

Take the Havant / Langstone exit & continue to the roundabout.
Take the Langstone (A3023) exit & continue for 3.6 miles to the roundabout (this will take you through Langstone, over the bridge and onto the island).
Take the first exit onto Church Road & continue for 0.9 miles.
Turn left onto Selsmore Road & continue for 0.8 miles.
Turn left onto Southwood Road & continue for 0.4 miles.
Turn left onto Eastoke Avenue & continue for 0.5 miles.
