Lower Tye Farm is one of our most popular parks. It has seventy six pitches and is in the rural northern part of the island.

Lower Tye Farm Caravan Park

This park is open from 1 March to 31 October inclusive.

Pitch fees for the 2025 season are £2,520 including rates, refuse, water & sewerage.

There are no caravans for sale on Lower Tye Farm at the moment.

There is a suitably-sized pitch available for anyone interested in ordering a Brand New Caravan of their choice.

Although there are other vacant pitches on this park, they are restricted in size and will not be able to accommodate 12’ wide caravans which are standard these days.

Directions From The A27

Take the Havant / Langstone exit & continue to the roundabout.

Take the Langstone (A3023) exit & continue for 2.8 miles (this will take you through Langstone, over the bridge and onto the island).

Turn left into Copse Lane & continue for 0.5 miles.

Lower Tye Farm Caravan Park is on the right hand side.
