Eastoke Farm is a medium sized park with fifteen pitches. It is in south east Hayling and has a convenience store next door to it. Both the beach and Chichester Harbour are within easy walking distance of the park.

This park is open from 1 March to 31 October inclusive.
Pitch fees for the 2025 season are £2,520 including rates, refuse, water & sewerage.

There is a suitably-sized pitch available for anyone interested in ordering a Brand New Caravan of their choice.
Although there are other vacant pitches on this park, they are restricted in size and will not be able to accommodate 12’ wide caravans which are standard these days.

Directions From The A27
Take the Havant / Langstone exit & continue to the roundabout.
Take the Langstone (A3023) exit & continue for 3.6 miles to the roundabout (this will take you through Langstone, over the bridge and onto the island).
Take the first exit onto Church Road & continue for 0.9 miles.
Turn left onto Selsmore Road & continue for 0.8 miles.
Turn left onto Southwood Road & continue for 0.6 miles.
Turn left onto Creek Road & continue for 0.1 miles.
Turn right onto Sandy Point Road & continue for 0.2 miles.
