Fleet Farm is our largest holiday park with one hundred and fifty four pitches. It is situated in the rural northern part of the island. Caravan owners have the use of a small creek and communal area at the top of the park.
Fleet Farm Caravan Park
This park is open from 1 March to 31 October inclusive.
Pitch fees for the 2025 season are £2,520 including rates, refuse, water & sewerage.

There are Caravans For Sale on Fleet Farm at the moment.
There are suitably-sized pitches available for anyone interested in ordering a Brand New Caravan of their choice.
Although there are other vacant pitches on this park, they are restricted in size and will not be able to accommodate 12’ wide caravans which are standard these days.

Directions From The A27
Take the Havant / Langstone exit & continue to the roundabout.
Take the Langstone (A3023) exit & continue for 2.8 miles (this will take you through Langstone, over the bridge and onto the island).
Turn left into Copse Lane & continue for 0.1 miles.
Turn right onto Yew Tree Road & continue for 207 feet.
Turn left onto access road & continue to park entrance.
Fleet Farm Caravan Park is straight ahead.
