SALES OVERVIEW
Park homes that are sold on St Hermans Estate fall into two categories.
NEW PARK HOMES
These are sold by us, complete with guarantees from the manufacturers.
We only get the opportunity to site and sell new park homes when old homes are removed from the park.
PRIVATELY OWNED PARK HOMES
These are sold by our customers, mainly through local estate agents such as Hugh Hickman and Morris Dibben.
As they are not obliged to notify us if they put their homes up for sale, we would also recommend checking online sites such as Rightmove.
To make thing easier, we have created a Property Search Map which only includes park homes that are currently for sale on Rightmove within the boundaries of St Hermans Estate.
Although park home owners can choose who they sell to, we have the right to refuse any buyers who are unable to comply with our site rules.
