Park Home Sales Categories

The park homes we sell fall into one of two categories:

Owners are not obliged to notify us if they put their park homes up for sale. We would therefore recommend that you register your interest with local estate agents or check online sites, such as Rightmove, for up to date information.

If we are asked to advertise a park home, we add it to the For Sale section of this website. Where available, the estate agent property details sheet (“advert”) and a link to the details on “Rightmove” are shown as download links for each park home.

About The Park

St Hermans Estate is the only residential park on Hayling Island.

It caters exclusively for people aged 55 and over.

Originally a holiday park, St Hermans was granted residential status in 1981.

Since then, we have been gradually replacing holiday caravans with residential park homes (a process which is ongoing and will continue until the park is fully residential). It currently has one hundred and fifty nine pitches.

The park is situated in south Hayling, within half a mile of both Mengham Village, with its various local shops and health centre, and the Seafront.

Residents must live permanently on the park in order to be afforded the protection of the Mobile Homes Act.
