About Us

Main Business Activities


We are the largest park operator on Hayling Island with twenty one parks.


Our flagship park, St Hermans, is the only residential site on the island (for people aged 55 and over).


The other twenty are holiday parks (for customers who own a residence elsewhere, but want somewhere to come to for holidays and breaks).

We also run several DIY stable livery yards.

1932  St Hermans Caravan Park started by the Camp family.


1946  St Hermans Estate Co Limited formed.

1978  Fleet Farm Caravan Park purchased.

1980  Lower Tye Farm Caravan Park purchased.

1981  St Hermans Caravan Park granted a residential licence.

1985  Caravelle Caravan Park  purchased.

1987  Cummock Caravan Park purchased.

1990  The Binnacle Caravan Park purchased.
